At My Amazing Buy (operated by Amazing Shop), we are committed to providing quality products for your pets while supporting the Animals Care Club. We work with various specialized manufacturers and suppliers across the USA and globally to bring you the best accessories and nutrition.
Below are the terms regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Order processing takes 1-3 business days. During this time, our team coordinates with our suppliers to prepare your package.
Shipping Estimates: Since we ship directly from our partners’ facilities to offer you the best prices:
- Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
- Multiple Packages: If you order multiple items (e.g., a bag of food and a toy), they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unused, and with tags.
- In its original packaging.
- Pet Food & Supplements: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or supplements, unless the product arrived damaged or expired.
How to Initiate a Return: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer immediately.

- Since we work with different suppliers, we will provide you with the specific return address for your item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- For damaged items, we may ask for a photo of the product to process a free replacement or a full refund without needing a return.
- Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed by our suppliers, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure once the item arrives
